If you see the following at runtime:

org.apache.cxf.service.factory.ServiceConstructionException: Could not resolve a binding for http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/

add the following spring resources in your Spring context file:

 <import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml" />
 <import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-extension-http.xml" />
 <import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-extension-soap.xml" />
